Some helpful ideas for people with gluten allergies because it can be a challenge. It took me a long time to figure out that it wasn't the IBS that was causing the grief with my body, but the food I was throwing down the hatch. I will litter my blog with lots of info, but I will try to focus on food in Vancouver and how eating gluten-free (GF) isn't really that hard. And you're not alone. I am not a doctor or naturalpath, but I am a believer in results, so if you are on the fence...get off it!

Last Weekend for Farmer's Market at Nat Bailey Stadium

I wanted to give props to my favorite GF bakery because I am not a huge fan of baked goods. High Crow GF Foods make the best chocolate chip blondies. The brilliant feature is that you can pick out corner pieces, which makes my day.
