Some helpful ideas for people with gluten allergies because it can be a challenge. It took me a long time to figure out that it wasn't the IBS that was causing the grief with my body, but the food I was throwing down the hatch. I will litter my blog with lots of info, but I will try to focus on food in Vancouver and how eating gluten-free (GF) isn't really that hard. And you're not alone. I am not a doctor or naturalpath, but I am a believer in results, so if you are on the fence...get off it!

Nespresso Coffee Machine

I'm back to drinking a cup of coffee a day and I've dusted off my Nespresso machine. These machines are not for everyone, but they are great if you want consistent flavor and speed. How do you find the coffee in the post keeps? Unground beans will go for several weeks. Do the pods fair better?
